their meeting on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City
of Lancaster Municipal Center, 211 North Henry Street, Lancaster, Texas 75146.
Z23-07 to rezone 2304 E Longhorn Dr, Lancaster, TX from Agricultural-Open (A-O) to
Light Industrial (LI) in the City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
M23-12 (related to case Z23-07) to consider a Comprehensive Plan amendment from
Suburban Mixed-Use Center to Logistics/Distribution, located at 2304 E Longhorn Dr,
Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
Z23-09 A request for a Specific Use Permit for a Towing & Impound Yard on properties
located at 600 & 616 N. Jefferson St in the City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
M23-14 A parking exception request on the property addressed as 3800 N I35E. The
property is known as Lot 1, Block A, out of the Interstate Commerce Center Addition, City
of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
M23-15 A special exception request to the landscaping requirements for the property
located approximately 2,000 feet west of S Dallas Avenue and 1,000 feet east of Harbor
Court being 26.96 acres out of the Pollard Kirkland Survey, Abstract No. 746 in the City
of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
