CITY OF DESOTO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of DeSoto Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider Zoning Case Z-1465-21 to amend PD-20 to approve a Site Plan for a proposed hotel with deviations. The property is located at 1600 N I-35 E and consists of approximately 2.12 acres. The applicant is Nick Patel and the owners are Danieldale 35E No 2 Ltd. and Robson 35W Investors LP. The hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission has been set for Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. If the project is recommended for approval by the Planning Commission, or the applicant appeals a denial of the request, then the hearing before the City Council will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
