NOTICE is hereby given to all interested persons that the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council for the City of Cedar Hill, Texas will hold public hearings and consider the following items on the dates, times, and locations stated in this notice:

Case No. CUP-647-2024 – Conduct a public hearing and consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit for “commercial amusement, indoor” in conjunction with a restaurant on property zoned “LR” (Local Retail) District, generally located on the northwest side of Highway 67, east of FM 1382, with the approximate address of 510 North J. Elmer Weaver Freeway, Suite 317 [Harold’s Chicken].

NOTICE is hereby given to all interested persons that the Zoning Board of Adjustments for the City of Cedar Hill, Texas will hold public hearings and consider the following applications on the date, time, and location stated in this notice:

Case No. APPL-649-2024 – An application containing the following requests on property zoned Planned Development District No. 18-644, legally described as Lot 19, Block D of the Bear Creek Ranch Phase 1 Addition, generally located on the north side of Summerwood Lane, east of Willow Lane, with the approximate address being 1513 Summerwood Lane.
a. Consider and take action on a variance to the rear yard requirement to allow for the encroachment of two detached accessory structures.
b. Consider and take action on a variance to the side yard requirement to allow for the encroachment of one detached accessory structure.

Road 1382 with the approximate address being 621 Uptown Boulevard.
