Bolder Adventure Park Breaks Ground On One Of A Kind Attraction
How many times have you wondered ‘what are we going to do with the kids today’? With the blistering Texas heat it’s too hot to go hiking, but those looking for some adventure can get excited about the Bolder Adventure Park coming to Grand Prairie. Today they broke ground at the EpicCentral Entertainment District.
The indoor family entertainment facility will provide adventure-based attractions in a 66,000-square-foot pneumatic dome structure with ceiling heights of approximately 75 feet. Guests will be offered a truly unique opportunity to experience rock climbing, zip lines, via ferrata, ropes courses, tubing slides, synthetic ice skating, adventure nets and more. In total, Bolder Adventure Park will have approximately 18 different attractions within the indoor facility.
Nets will be designed as bridges where kids can run and explore. Tubing slides will have two designs-one with rolling hills and one with a straight shot. In the blaster arena, visitors can shoot each other with Bazooka guns or 12 and older can play indoor paintball without the paint, in a themed old abandoned mine. The ropes course will have four different tracks from beginner to advanced. In the climbing area there are rock walls and nets. On the 60 foot rock structures they will have via ferrata, a one of a kind indoor attraction. There will also be an arcade, bumper cars and an archery area.
