Notice of Public Hearings
The City of Lancaster’s Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, to consider a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow a Commercial Amusement/Recreation (Indoor) use in an R – Retail zone.
The property is located at 2286 West Pleasant Run Road, Suite 112, said suite being a portion of an approximately 1.601 acres tract of land located on the southeast corner of West Pleasant Run Road and North Houston School Road, further described as Lot 1, Block 1, Hooper Addition, Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
The Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, City of Lancaster Municipal Center, 211 North Henry Street, Lancaster, Texas 75146.
The City of Lancaster City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the above referenced case at their meeting on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, City of Lancaster Municipal Center, 211 North Henry, Lancaster, Texas 75146.
