A public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment and Board Members on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 203 E. Wheatland Rd, Duncanville, Texas, to hear a request of Mary Love, Applicant, for a variance of Section 12-108 to allow for installation of a Fence in her front yard; 1003 Beaver Creek Drive, Duncanville, TX 75137, Dallas County, Texas.
All interested parties are invited to attend the Zoning Board of Adjustments meeting.
