NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the City Council for the City of Cedar Hill, Texas on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 6:00 pm in the T.W. “Turk” Cannady Cedar Hill Room, located in the Cedar Hill Government Center, 285 Uptown Blvd. Cedar Hill, Texas; consideration and adoption of the proposed Operating Budget and the Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 will be on September 13, 2016 at 7:00 pm.
This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $1,506,246 or (7.11%) and of that amount $331,748 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the roll this year.
