A public hearing will be held before the City Council on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 203 E. Wheatland Rd, Duncanville, Texas, to hear a request of Shawkat Albess, applicant, representing Ramis Lube Inc., owner, for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for the use “Banquet or Event Center” on Grace Properties, Block A, Lot 1, ACS 2.001, more commonly known as 119 Danieldale Road, Duncanville, Dallas County, Texas.
