CITY OF DESOTO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of DeSoto Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request to rezone an 18.752-acre tract of land legally described as being Tracts 9D & 10 in the Eagle Office Park from General Retail (GR) to a Planned Development (PD) with base zonings of GR to allow for a Convenience Store with Fuel Pumps and Office Showroom by right with some other deviations. The property is located at the northwest corner of W. Wintergreen Road and Kestrel Avenue and is addressed as 1507 Kestrel Avenue. The applicant is Permitted Development, LLC and property owner is Lyons Equities Inc. Tr.
The public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducted on Tuesday April 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. If the zoning change request is recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission, the public hearing before the City Council will be conducted on Tuesday May 2, 2023.

La Comisión de Planificación y Zonificación de la Ciudad de DeSoto llevará a cabo una audiencia pública para considerar una solicitud para rezonificar un terreno de 18.752 acres legalmente descrito como Extensiones 9D y 10 en el Eagle Office Park de
General Venta al por menor (GR) a un Desarrollo Planificado (PD) con zonificaciones base de GR para permitir una tienda de conveniencia con bombas de combustible y una sala de exposición de oficinas por derecho con algunas otras desviaciones. La propiedad está ubicada en la esquina noroeste de W. Wintergreen Road y Kestrel Avenue y se dirige como 1507 Kestrel Avenue.
