ORDINANCE 2054-16 OF THE CITY OF DESOTO, TEXAS, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND MAP OF THE CITY OF DESOTO, TEXAS, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED BY AMENDING AND RESTATING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT 124 (PD-124) (ELERSON TRACE PARKWAY) LOCATED ON APPROXIMATELY 15.32 ACRES OF LAND EAST OF ELERSON ROAD AND APPROXIMATELY 1,800 FEET NORTH OF PARKERVILLE ROAD IN THE CITY OF DESOTO, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, WITH STIPULATIONS PROVIDED, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A”; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PENALTY OF FINE NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00) DOLLARS FOR EACH OFFENSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ORDINANCE 2055-16  OF THE CITY OF DESOTO, TEXAS, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND MAP OF THE CITY OF DESOTO, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, BY GRANTING A CHANGE IN ZONING BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY BUILDING CONSISTING OF 1,800 SQUARE FEET ON LAND ZONED SINGLE FAMILY-COUNTRY ESTATES (“SF-CE”), ON APPROXIMATELY 1.0 ACRES OF LAND AND CONSISTING OF ONE (1) LOT, LOCATED AT 1137 STINNETT PLACE, DESOTO, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED HERETO; PROVIDING FOR APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT “B”; PROVIDING FOR APPROVAL OF THE ELEVATION PLAN ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT “C”; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY OF FINE NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) FOR EACH OFFENSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
