NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OF THE CITY OF MIDLOTHIAN, TX
The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Midlothian will meet on Monday, June 3, 2024 beginning at 6:00 pm. at Midlothian City Hall, 104 West Avenue E to consider the follow:
CASE NO. ZBA01-2024-38: Conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon a request to allow for a variance to the side yard setback requirements from Single Family One (SF-1), and to allow for a variance to Section 3.5100 “Residential Accessory Structures”, to allow for the construction of an accessory building. The property is located on Lot 13, Block D, Honeysuckle Estates. (commonly known as 5610 Evening Ct.)
