NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of DeSoto Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider zoning change from Planned Development-20 (PD-20) with base zoning district of General Retail (GR) to Single Family-10 (SF-10) with deviations. The properties consist of approximately 3.67 acres of land legally described as being Lots 1-13, Block 4, Rolling Hills 1. The applicant is Courtland Charles, the lots have multiple ownership. The public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducted on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. If the zoning case is recommended for approval, by the Planning Commission; or if denied and appealed, the hearing before the City Council will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

La Comisión de Planificación y Zonificación de la Ciudad de DeSoto llevará a cabo una Audiencia Pública para considerar el cambio de zonificación de Desarrollo Planificado-20 (PD-20) con distrito de zonificación base de Retail General (GR) a Unifamiliar-10 (SF-10) con desviaciones. Las propiedades consisten en aproximadamente 3.67 acres de tierra legalmente descrita como Lotes 1-13, Bloque 4, Rolling Hills 1. El solicitante es Courtland Charles, los lotes tienen propiedad múltiple. La audiencia pública ante la Comisión de Planificación y Zonificación se llevará a cabo el martes 12 de diciembre de 2023 a las 7:00 p.m. Si el caso de zonificación es recomendado para su aprobación, por la Comisión de Planificación; o si se deniega y se apela, la audiencia ante el Concejo Municipal se llevará a cabo el martes 2 de enero de 2024 a las 7:00 p.m.
