PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARCHITECT
Eagle Advantage Schools, Inc. d/b/a Advantage Academy requests qualifications for Architects for renovations in Dallas Texas on: two 9,000 sf buildings; an addition to connect the buildings and serve administration, food service and dining; a gymnasium and related parking and drives. Response Deadline: August 11, 2016, 4:00pm.
Responses must be received at the office of Building Solutions located at 9401 LBJ Freeway, Suite 410, Dallas, Texas 75243 prior to the deadline by hand delivery or mail. Facsimile or e-mail submissions will NOT be accepted. Responses must be marked “ATTN: ARCHITECT RFQ RESPONSE.” NO RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE. Eagle Advantage Schools, Inc. will select the Architect in accordance with the Professional Services Procurement Act.
The RFQ documents and general information concerning the property, including any forms, criteria, and information about the scope of work will be released on August 03, 2016 and may be obtained at Building Solutions, 9401 LBJ Freeway, Suite 410, Dallas Texas, 75243, between the hours of 9AM and 4PM Monday through Friday and may be downloaded at:

Responding firms must be bonded and insured and agree to Eagle Advantage Schools, Inc.’s Supplemental Conditions. Inquiries may be submitted in writing via email to Building Solutions, attention Alma Zamora, azamora@buildingsolns.com no later than three (3) calendar days prior to the proposal due date. beginning on August 3, 2016.
Sealed Responses will be opened on August 11, 2016, 4:00 pm at 9401 LBJ Freeway, Suite 410, Dallas, Texas 75243. The Board of Directors of Eagle Advantage Schools, Inc. has delegated authority to the Superintendent to select the Architect to be utilized in this project. Eagle Advantage Schools, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and/or all responses, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise or to proceed in the best interest of the school.
